Summer Exam Results with Royal Academy of Dance

163 junior pupils entered examinations with the British Theatre Dance Association in March. The children were entered for Bronze, silver and gold dance mime exams and silver and gold ballet & tap Rose Award Cups.

The children were very successful and all achieved Honours or Distinction.

We were particularly delighted that 6 children from our new school at Easton in Gordano were successful in their exams.

Children were entered for Primary, Grade 1 and 2 Tap & Modern exams – the results will be published when they issued.

36 children were entered for Royal Academy of Dance graded examinations from Pre-Primary to Grade 8 – Results yet to be issued.

CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE - I KNOW YOU WORKED VERY HARD AND I AM VERY PROUD AND DELIGHTED WITH YOU ALL.

A very successful exam session with all 28 pupils who entered achieving either a Distinction or Merit result.

The highest marks of the day went to:-

JESSICA JONES — PRIMARY BALLET- 88%

SCARLETT SLADE — PRIMARY BALLET- 85%

ANNABEL ZARB — GRADE 1 BALLET — 85%

PIPPA WILLISCROFT — GRADE 2 BALLET 85%

JESSICA HARTREY — GRADE 3 BALLET- 83%

KIRSTY ALLEN — GRADE 3 BALLET- 82%

MEGAN BELL — GRADE 3 BALLET- 82%

EXAM RESULTS

A very successful exam session with all 163 pupils who entered achieving either a Distinction or Honors result.

The highest marks of the day went to:-

NINA DAVIES — PRIMARY TAP- 92%

ISABELLE DOWSE — PRIMARY TAP — 92%

BRIONEY COX — GRADE 1 TAP — 91%

MOLLIE McKEON — GRADE 1 TAP — 91%

GEORGIA TRICKEY — GRADE 1 TAP 91%

DARCEY WINTER — GRADE 1 TAP — 91%

KELSEY ALVEY — PRIMARY TAP — 90%

The above children also received a platinum certificate for achieving 90% or more.

Our school scored 100% on it's Centre Report which covers, along with various other items, the technical standard of work, discipline of candidates and the efficiency of the exam session.
